Rule #1 - We will not reveal confidences of any girl who asks for help from us outside of the training team
Rule #2 - We may discuss issues about the training encounter with others on the training team, maybe even relieving the inevitable stress by talking it out. But, we will not ridicule the girl to anyone.

"TRAINING TEAM" There will be a specific group of members - BOTH - Dominant and Sub......who will be assigned (volunteered) to be a part of the Training Group. They will wear (or have available) the "Toys Trainer Tag". This is mostly about BASIC Training and getting them through the first 10 days to Escort
Frankly, Madame doesn't want to spend a lot of time on the girls, until and unless they GRADUATE. If we put a person in the training area......the trainees STOP reading and START looking for direction, asking questions that are readily available in the material we give them.
BOTH dominants and subs will get the tag and be an active part of the team. The plan is for the Training Team to have a few special tools, a few special powers maybe even a special HUD of some sort.
They will also monitor Toys in Waiting, Toys Training and Toys Slaves chat for key words and issues, then come to the rescue when needed. Once the girls are passed 10 days, they will also watch to be sure they get the attention/check ride/inspections etc. once a dancer is promoted they are basically handed off - fully - to the Family Dominants.
This is NOT to say that the House Members may ignore the girl during her first 10 days...quite the contrary...they (the House members) should be intimately involved with the girls and be mentoring them in all aspects of their service to this family. However, if a girl needs extra/remedial/basic training, then this is where the training team would become involved. The team should be prepared to help, perhaps even in the designing of an early program for use in the houses, one that could be modified for that particular house's style.
This ties in nicely with the Houses and all that was discussed earlier about getting the girls prepared for action. This does NOT mean you IGNORE calls for help but once a qualified trainer is on the line...then you can relax and return to your normal duties; you know they are in good hands. If no Trainer is available...then we all do our best with the given situation and send the training team a note or IM, if it is critical.
We all have to wear many hats....BUT, I hope through some organization, we can wear fewer hats and spend more time focusing on what we do best - FUCKING.
The members who are on text clients or not able to be involved sexually should play a larger part training and helping, they have to take on a role where their time can be of most use.
